Q3: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We do not charge for cancellation if your file does not close.
Q4: How can I submit a lien request?
A: The main way is through our website (www.lightninglienletters.com) Click on the order tab and fill out the text boxes and submit. You may also choose to submit request directly to us at email@example.com (Please include property address, City, folio and closing date). Each submission will receive a email confirmation.
Q5: What happens if I do not receive a email confirmation?
A: Feel free to resubmit or call us at 954-929-9363 to confirm if order was received.
Q6: How long does it take to receive an email confirmation?
A: Please allow up to an hour during normal business hours. Orders received after 4pm will receive a confirmation the next morning.
Q7: I have submitted an order and would like to check the status?
A: Feel free to send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org requesting a status and please include the property address.
Q8: How do we accept payments?
